Mama Chen ate Nyonya Asam Prawns

Coming from rich-in-seafood Sabah, I was initially sceptical about how this dish would turn out. Much to my delight, it was every bit as tasty as what they claim to be ie authentic and delicious nyonya cuisine! The fresh prawns were well complemented with other fresh ingredients. Served promptly and (temperature) hot, it was a gastronomic delight which was further enhanced by the ambiance.
